No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.

Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of total stay.

Cancellations 15 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay,

Cancellations of 28 days prior will incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.

Please note that we do consider a cancellation on merit, if it is truly beyond the guests’ control, and will charge accordingly.

We do try to accommodate early check-ins where we can, but we have a large amount of one-night stays and therefore need the time to change over rooms.

Please confirm when arrival will take place with booking or 7 days prior.

We welcome and love children of all ages

Children 12-17 years; adult rate and can stay in their own room.

We have standard triple room which is ideal for families of three or of four where one child sleeps in a cot

The Deluxe Family room is furnished with an extra king size bed and sleeper couch which is recommended for two children under the age of 11 years.

In our main house, we have two rooms that can be separated by the rest of the guesthouse for a family of 4 adults.

​

In our main house there are 3 standard rooms close together for families wishing to book their own rooms and share some privacy.

​

We have a modern camper cot on request. Please ensure that this is pre-booked.
